Michael Hough

Michael Hough serves as the Customer Experience Manager at Wolverhampton Homes, a position held since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the Corporate Health and Safety team and the 24-hour customer contact and control room teams. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated experience in various positions at the City of Wolverhampton Council, including Health and Safety Manager, Safety, Health and Environmental Support Officer, Tenancy Officer, and currently serving as an Emergency Response Officer since November 2024. Michael holds a degree in Fire and Rescue from the University of Wolverhampton and completed education at Colton Hills Secondary.
