Brian Bartes has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Brian is currently the podcast host for "LifeExcellence with Brian Bartes" starting in May 2021. In 2020, Brian worked as a success coach and author under their own name. Brian is a bestselling author, success coach, and keynote speaker, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve success in all areas of life. Prior to this, Brian served as the Chief Financial Officer for Wolverine Packing Co., helping the company experience significant growth from a $100 million company to over $1 billion in annual revenue. In 2000, Brian founded LifeExcellence, LLC, a personal development philosophy aimed at assisting individuals in realizing their full potential in various aspects of life such as business, relationships, health, and spirituality.

Brian Bartes has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration/German from Alma College. Brian also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Wayne State University. Prior to their college education, Brian attended Douglas MacArthur High School. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as an Open Water Diver from SSI Scuba Schools International.
