Bastanta Ginting

Bastanta Ginting, currently serving as Vice President of Product Operations at Wolverine Worldwide since May 2023, has extensive experience in manufacturing excellence and quality management within the footwear and apparel industries. Previously, Bastanta held various leadership roles at adidas, including Director of Manufacturing Excellence for Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar, where responsibilities encompassed efficiency improvements and technology deployment. Bastanta also directed global quality management initiatives for adidas and Reebok, notably implementing quality systems for high-profile events such as the UEFA Euro Cup 2016 and the FIFA World Cup 2018. Earlier roles at Target involved overseeing product quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and experience at Quiksilver included managing production operations across Southeast Asia. Bastanta's career began at CMA CGM and RTA Factory, following a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Universitas Sumatera Utara.
