Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Miller has over two decades of legal experience, currently serving as VP and Deputy General Counsel at Wolverine Worldwide since 2008, where responsibilities include managing international distribution and license agreements for various brands across 190+ countries and advising on joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Corporate Counsel at Alticor, Inc. from 2005 to 2008, focusing on legal and regulatory matters and corporate governance. Earlier experience includes serving as a Foreign Legal Consultant at Kim & Chang from 1997 to 2002, advising on M&A for public and private companies, and as an Associate at Smith, Haughey, Rice & Roegge from 1994 to 1997, handling civil defense litigation. Jennifer holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
