Norman Gress

Norman Gress is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in footwear, currently serving as Senior Design Director for Work Group Footwear at Wolverine Worldwide since February 2021. Previously, Norman held various design leadership roles at Timberland from January 1998 to June 2020, including Design Director for Value and Special Make-ups, where responsibility involved leading teams to create innovative and commercially successful footwear across multiple categories. Early career experience includes design positions at Reebok, where Norman developed performance footwear and equipment for various sports. Norman holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Syracuse University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
