Christian Rodriguez is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in network planning and IT management. Currently serving as the Network & IT Planning Director at WOM Colombia since September 2022, Christian leads a diverse team and reports directly to the CTO. Prior roles include Head of Digital Support and Network Planning & Technological Evolution Coordinator at Entel Perú, where Christian played a pivotal role in building agile teams and defining network evolution strategies using innovative technologies like NFV and SDN. Christian's foundation in telecommunications was established at Claro Perú, progressing through various engineering roles that involve both planning and operational responsibilities. Academic credentials include diplomas in Accounting and Financial Management as well as Leadership and Management Skills from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Agustin de Arequipa.
