Catherine J Carter

Catherine J Carter has extensive experience in administrative management and public service. Since 1990, Catherine has served as the Business Office Manager at Woman's Clinic PA, overseeing office operations. Since April 2015, Catherine has also held the position of Commissioner at the Crockett County Election Commission. Additionally, since October 2013, Catherine has been a Notary Public for the State of Tennessee. Catherine completed education at the University of Tennessee at Martin from 1985 to 1987.
