Paul Cleckner

Paul Cleckner is the Interim CEO at Woman’s. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Gallagher Leadership & Advisory Services (The Human Capital Group) from January 2018 to April 2021. Throughout their career, Paul has led organizations through transformational change which resulted in improved outcomes, accelerated growth rates and improved profitability.

Paul began their career with Standard and Poor’s, where they led the transformation of three business units on a global basis. Paul then moved to Change / Emdeon Healthcare, where they revitalized their company-wide professional services operations. Additionally, while with LifePoint Health, they led the senior leadership’s strategic planning process, guided the integration of over $3B in acquired Hospitals and clinical operations, along with guiding the deployment of Hospital and clinical growth strategies across three markets.

In their role as Managing Director at Gallagher Leadership & Advisory Services, Paul works extensively with multiple healthcare system leadership teams in helping them define how best to evolve their system in order to drive growth and improved performance in this next normal.

Paul Cleckner has a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Trevecca Nazarene University.
