Cecilia Teng has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Cecilia started their career at Unilever in 2000, where they held various management positions until 2004. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Regional Senior Brand Manager for Greater China and North East Asia at Unilever. Cecilia then joined Mead Johnson Nutrition as the Regional Marketing Manager for Asia Pacific from 2007 to 2011. Returning to Unilever in 2011, Cecilia worked as the Marketing Director for HPC/F&R and later as the Marketing Director for all categories, also serving as a board member of Unilever TWHK. In 2021, they became the CEO of Blueseeds, a B corp-certified social enterprise promoting ESG and well-being through vegan and natural personal care products. Cecilia also worked as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Dreamhub Ventures in the same year. Currently, Cecilia holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Womany Media Group since 2022, also serving as a Consultant.

Cecilia Teng obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1999, where they studied from 1998 to 1999.
