Ana Teresa Sáenz Hernández serves as a Cátedra Professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where the focus is on diplomatic expression techniques and digital diplomacy. Ana is also a Subject Professor at Universidad Panamericana, teaching cybersecurity topics. Additionally, Ana is a partner at AMCID_Mx, contributing to seminars and moderating panels on digital violence and cyber diplomacy. Ana holds a leadership position in marketing at WOMCY, LATAM Women in Cybersecurity, and has extensive prior experience in digital communication and outreach in government roles, including Director at the Matias Romero Institute under the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs of Mexico. Ana's educational background includes a Master's in National Security and a Bachelor's in International Relations.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization - made up of women - with a focus on the development of Cybersecurity in Latin America. Our objective is minimize the knowledge gap and the lack of talent in Cybersecurity in Latin America. We offer “Advice on Cybersecurity”. Our programs are: ENTERPRISE SEGMENT - WOMCY Talks: Informative talks on Cybersecurity. - WOMCY Mentoring: Mentoring women who wish to grow professional in the Cybersecurity world. - WOMCY Talent: A network of certified talents in Cybersecurity EDUCATION SEGMENT - WOMCY Girls: Talks to encourage the study of STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) - WOMCY Geek: Awareness talks about cyber threats. - WOMCY Jobs: Mentoring Career Plan at the work level focused on Cybersecurity. FOUNDATIONS - WOMCY Give: We donate time to specific activities led by organizations and foundations that share similar goals as WomCy (i.e: Women In Tech, etc). - WOMCY Back: We receive donations for campaigns created for a specific purpose.
