Dante Souza is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in offensive security and cyber threat intelligence, currently serving as the Coordinator of Offensive Cybersecurity at Telefónica Tech since December 2020. Responsibilities include leading pentest and red team operations, strategic planning, and process improvement. Dante has also worked as a consultant in offensive security and DFIR with the SANS Institute and contributes to the WOMCY organization as a volunteer instructor. Previous roles include IT Manager at Bonsucesso Textil and SYA Tecnologia em Nuvem, where Dante managed teams, enhanced operational efficiency, and implemented innovative technological solutions. Educational qualifications include a degree in Systems Analysis and Software Engineering from UNOPAR and a background in Data Processing and Information Technology from CMGV-RJ.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization - made up of women - with a focus on the development of Cybersecurity in Latin America. Our objective is minimize the knowledge gap and the lack of talent in Cybersecurity in Latin America. We offer “Advice on Cybersecurity”. Our programs are: ENTERPRISE SEGMENT - WOMCY Talks: Informative talks on Cybersecurity. - WOMCY Mentoring: Mentoring women who wish to grow professional in the Cybersecurity world. - WOMCY Talent: A network of certified talents in Cybersecurity EDUCATION SEGMENT - WOMCY Girls: Talks to encourage the study of STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) - WOMCY Geek: Awareness talks about cyber threats. - WOMCY Jobs: Mentoring Career Plan at the work level focused on Cybersecurity. FOUNDATIONS - WOMCY Give: We donate time to specific activities led by organizations and foundations that share similar goals as WomCy (i.e: Women In Tech, etc). - WOMCY Back: We receive donations for campaigns created for a specific purpose.
