Luciana Dias

Luciana Dias is a dedicated IT professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and management support. Currently serving as a volunteer at WOMCY, LATAM Women in Cybersecurity since May 2022, Luciana has held various roles in the tech sector since 1997, including a long-standing position at IBM Brasil as a QA Specialist and Management Support since August 2012. With expertise in Jira, Watson Assistant, and a strong background in the real estate, mortgage, retail, telecom, and insurance sectors, Luciana has developed skills in test case creation, bot implementation, and project documentation. Previous experience includes roles at Convergys and Artefacto, along with foundational positions at Cisco Academy and Bank Boston. Luciana holds a degree in Computer Science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and is actively contributing to cybersecurity initiatives within the community.
