Women and Climate
Anna Welland, MBA, CPM, currently serves as the Grants Manager at Charles River Community Health, supporting equitable health access in underserved communities. Simultaneously, Anna is a Brand Associate at Vermont Spirits Distilling Co, contributing to the company's sustainability efforts. As City Lead for Women and Climate in Boston, Anna facilitates networking events aimed at empowering women in climate action. Anna also holds the position of Board Member - AVP, Membership and Volunteers for the Mass Bay Chapter of the Project Management Institute. With previous experience in program management at AlloVir and Rectify Pharma, in addition to roles at Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics, Stellular Bio, and MIT, Anna has extensive expertise in project and program management across diverse sectors. Anna earned an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in Government from Clark University, and is currently pursuing certification as a Project Manager through PMLG.

Women and Climate creates a joyful and safe space for more women to learn and talk about climate. Our goal is to help more women get started on their personal and professional climate journey. We are also passionate about giving women climate leaders, entrepreneurs, and enthusiasts a platform to share their solutions and ideas. Women and Climate is a 501c3 non-profit registered in New York with a growing number of local communities around the world.
