Currently serving as Director of Product Development Quality at Huf Group and a member of the Women Automotive Network, Ana-Maria has previously held key leadership roles at Continental, including Head of Quality Development for the Asia Business Unit and various quality-focused positions. With a strong expertise in quality auditing, process improvement, and team development, Ana-Maria has effectively led quality disciplines across software, hardware, and mechanical engineering. Ana-Maria holds a Bachelor's degree in Automation and Computers from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara and a Master's degree in Competitiveness Management from the University of Management in Production and Transportation.
