Shaunna Dexter

Shaunna Dexter, SHRM-TA, currently serves as a member of the Women Automotive Network since December 2023. With a robust background in talent acquisition, Shaunna has held multiple roles at LKQ Corporation, including Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Acquisition Business Partner, and Regional Recruitment Specialist, from April 2019 to the present. Prior experience includes positions as Market Manager and Staffing Coordinator at Acloche from August 2013 to April 2019. Shaunna is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management and Operations at the University of Phoenix, expected to graduate in June 2024, and holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western International University, completed in June 2006.
