Nancy Milakovic

Nancy Milakovic currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at Women Building Futures, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Nancy was the Vice President of Customer Success at We Know Training from November 2021 to June 2022. Nancy has extensive experience at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, where roles included CED Portfolio Manager for Business and Productivity Programs, CED Program Manager for Business and Hospitality, and Distance Learning Portfolio Coordinator from December 2009 to October 2021. Earlier in Nancy's career, positions included Senior Health and Wellness Consultant at workSMART Ergonomics Ltd and Hotel Operations Manager at Lizard Creek Lodge. Additionally, Nancy was the CEO/President of Mountain Perks Destination Management Co from 2002 to 2004. Nancy earned an MBA from the University of Alberta and a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
