Amy LaScola is a Talent Acquisition Leader, with 25 plus combined years in recruiting, operations, account management, training, and talent resourcing, in RPO, Contract, and MSP environments. She has been successful in mentoring and leading a team of staffing professionals, with an end goal in mind, client satisfaction and brand differentiation. As an experienced leader, Amy has successfully aligned revenue generation, sales and delivery collaboration, performance optimization, operational execution, performance management, and financial excellence to achieve greater productivity, and market share growth. Her leadership philosophy is focused on innovation, data driven strategies and solutions, an ongoing commitment to helping individuals meet and exceed their professional and personal goals, coupled with a constant focus on the importance of inclusion. Amy knows it is vital to acknowledge women leaders and truly believes culture is influenced at all levels, albeit specifically from the top.
