Betty Hines

Betty Hines is a leading business strategist with 20+ years of experience working directly with C-Level women executives globally. As a former executive in a Fortune 100 company, Betty uses her firsthand knowledge and extensive background to educate and equip her clients with the resources needed to position them for success in confidential mastermind group settings.

As the Co-Founder of the Women of Color Achievement Awards, hosted by the 100 Black Men of America in partnership with Women Presidents Organization (WPO), since 2010 we’ve celebrated in 24 cities. She was awarded the WPO Adrienne Hall Award for Breaking Down Barriers in 2020, and the President’s Award for Facilitating Greatness in 2021. She is a WPO Chair and launched both Zenith II /Greater Baltimore Chapters. Betty also served on the WPO Advisory Board.

Betty has participated in numerous podcasts domestically and globally i.e., CEO Clubs Network, Dubai UAE, BMO Bold(h)er, Canada in 2021 and more. She’s facilitated ZOOM calls for U.S. Senator Ben Cardin with Women Entrepreneurs and Chiling Tong, President/CEO with Asian/Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce on the impact of PPP/EIDL in AAPI Community. In 2021 she facilitated Q & A with Stacey Abrams and Phyllis Newhouse on amplifying female business leaders for voting rights.

Currently, on the Board of The Black Experience, she is also Board Chair for International GroYourBiz headquartered in Canada. She was inducted into the Circle of Excellence as one of Maryland’s Daily Record TOP 100 Women.
