Women Business Collaborative
Jocelyn is Founder and CEO of Him For Her, a social enterprise with an aim to change for-profit boards of directors to include the world’s most talented women. We are building the boardroom of the future by making female candidates more visible. As the CEO, I build and oversee the brand, products, culture and how these resonate out via all internal and external channels. I currently serve on a private and public board, ChowNow and Papa John’s. I am a Henry Crown Fellow out of the Aspen Institute.
As a product technology executive with over 20 years’ experience building iconic global products for CitySearch, Ticketmaster, OpenTable and Snagajob, I focus on what the technology is doing for the business. I believe in a broad application of design and design thinking particularly applied to organizational development and inclusive of cross-functional teams.
My leadership methodology is rooted in the real world. I build organizations that foster collaboration and accountability together. I have a track record of injecting creativity into organizations by recognizing other people’s superpowers and putting them in positions to optimize them. I hire people who will push us forward.

The Women Business Collaborative (WBC) is an unprecedented alliance of the most powerful professional women’s organizations, associations, corporations, researchers and the media who have pledged to work together in a coordinated and collaborative fashion to accelerate the achievement of parity for business women.
