I spent 25 years as an executive and held senior leadership roles for three of the nation’s largest healthcare systems. As time passed. I pursued the path of real estate and founded TLTsolutions in 1996, a real estate investment firm that provides unparalleled access and insight to alternative investments. My mission is to empower people to build generational wealth and create opportunities for individuals, families, and entities to obtain passive income by investing in residential, multifamily, and hospitality projects.

With the firm’s launch of its first Income Fund focused on hotel properties in 2022; TLTsolutions now holds a multi-million dollar portfolio of real estate assets under management in four states. It is actively pursuing acquisitions that will more than double the value of its portfolio in 2020.

Since 2002, I have been a licensed real estate broker and acquired and repositioned 19 properties that range from luxury vacation rental condos in Florida to single-family homes and hotels in Maryland and North Carolina. Most recently, I co-led a group of investors in the acquisition of a 101 room Four Points Sheraton in Charlotte, North Carolina — a $13.1 MM project. I currently have a pipeline of hotel investment opportunities that will double TLTsolutions’ assets under management this year.

Over the course of my experience, I’ve grown a passion to create new pathways to commercial real estate ownership and development for women. With that passion, I created She Has a Deal (SHaD). I help break barriers and create opportunities for both investors and women aspiring to be hotel owners.

With a grateful heart, I earned the distinctions of Person of the Year by LODGING in 2021, one of the 25 Most Influential Women & 25 Most Inspirational Executives in Hospitality recognized by International Hospitality Institute (IHI).
