Kim Anderson is a Principal at KAA Consulting, providing leadership and product development services in medical device development since May 2007. Kim has extensive experience in the medical field, previously serving as Vice President of Product Development at COLLAMEDIX INC., where efforts focused on commercializing bovine collagen-based implantable devices. As Director of Engineering and Business Unit Leader for Female Pelvic Health at American Medical Systems, Kim oversaw the development of nine new products, achieving significant revenue growth. Current roles include membership in the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation and serving as an Adjunct Professor of Pre-Clinical Testing and Anatomy and Physiology at the University of St. Thomas. Kim holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Mathematics from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
