Hao Lam

Hao Lam is the Founder of Adaptively Education, a company focused on meeting the needs of children and setting them up for success through personalized learning. Prior to this role, Lam served as the CEO and Chairman of Best in Class Education, where they developed innovative technology, curriculum, and training programs to improve teaching and student outcomes. Hao also provided guidance to franchisees and helped them with effective business management. In 2018, Lam published a book titled "From Bad to Worse to Best in Class: A Refugee's Success Story," which chronicles their journey from escaping Vietnam to achieving success as an educator and entrepreneur in the United States. Hao is currently a member of the Forbes Business Council. Lam also has experience in the real estate industry, having co-owned OKAH Real Estate Partners, LLC, where they advised clients on real estate management and acquisitions. Hao was also a co-owner of Prudent Mortgage, where they managed and mentored loan officers. Lam began their career as a Support Developer at Microsoft and later worked as an Instructor at Renton Technical College.
