Molly Reagan

Molly Reagan, RN, MS, NE-BC serves as the Vice President of Clinical Operations at Healthcare at Home, with a focus on value-based care. Reagan is also a member of the Women Business Leaders of the US Health Care Industry Foundation. Previously, Reagan held several key roles at North Memorial Health, including Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Patient Care in Hospitalist Medicine. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where responsibilities included Director of Operations for Urgent Care and Director of Hospital Operations, as well as managerial roles in Surgical ICU, Central Staffing Office, and Rapid Response Team. Early in the career, Reagan worked as a Registered Nurse at Preferred Healthcare Staffing.
