Rendi Black currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Client Relations and Strategic Partnerships at Relations Research, LLC, where leadership of the market research team focuses on identifying innovative industry leaders and understanding critical relationship dynamics. In addition, Rendi is a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation since April 2023. Previously, Rendi co-founded TBR Performance Coaching and Consulting, leveraging extensive experience in talent development garnered over 30 years at State Farm Insurance. During time at State Farm Insurance, Rendi held various roles including Vice President Agency, where significant achievements included a remarkable auto gain across multiple states and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance accountability and relationship building. Rendi began a career at State Farm Insurance as the first female Agent in the Northeast District while also earning a Bachelor's degree in Education from The University of Tulsa.
