Sheila Purim is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Segment Marketing at 10x Genomics since August 2024, Sheila is also a member of the Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation. Sheila co-founded Franchise Wizards, LLC in 2016, focusing on franchise consulting. Prior roles include Vice President Marketing and Sr. Director at Bionano, and significant positions at Illumina and Agilent Technologies, where Sheila led major product launches in oncology diagnostics and strategic marketing initiatives. Sheila holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a PhD in Biochemistry from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, complemented by a Mini MBA in Marketing.
