Laura Trapp is an experienced tax professional currently serving as a Tax Partner at KPMG Brazil, where tenure began in September 2003. Over the years, Laura has held various positions at KPMG, including Tax Director, Senior Tax Manager, Tax Manager, and Tax Consultant. In addition, Laura has been involved with the WomenCorporateDirectors Foundation since March 2015 as an Advocacy Leader in Private Equity. Prior to KPMG, Laura worked as a Trainee at Copesul from May 2001 to May 2002. Academically, Laura holds a Specialist degree in Tax Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
