Daniel Friker

Daniel Friker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in revenue operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Fractional Chief Revenue Officer at Women Impact Tech and WIT Recruiting since June 2025, Daniel provides strategic guidance to enhance revenue growth and optimize recruitment processes with a focus on diversity. Previously, as Chief Revenue Officer at Doherty Staffing Solutions, Daniel developed and executed revenue strategies to position the company as a leader in HR services within the Midwest. Daniel's leadership experience extends to Quess US as Chief Executive Officer of North America, overseeing P&L and strategic initiatives across multiple countries, and to ManpowerGroup, where responsibilities included managing a substantial portfolio and serving as the primary contact for major strategic accounts. Daniel holds a Master's degree in HR/IR from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and German from the University of Minnesota.
