Madhavi Pradhan is currently serving as the Transformation Lead at SC Ventures | Standard Chartered. Madhavi is also the Enterprise Lead Agile Coach at M1 Limited and the Local Leader in Singapore for Women in Agile. Previously, Madhavi founded Innov8Agility Pte Ltd and held roles at OCBC Bank, Murex, Standard Chartered Bank, DBS Bank, Singapore Computer Systems Limited, SATYAM COMPUTER SERVICES, LTD, and Mysoft Maverick Solution Pty Ltd. Madhavi has a background in computer engineering and holds a ACI-SMU Financial Market Certificate from Singapore Management University.
