Women in Agile is a collective effort to recruit, network, promote, and support the work of outstanding women in the agile community through blogging, speaking at events, and building a network among people of all genders. 
 Women in Agile, Inc (a 501c3 non profit organization) specifically focuses on building more inclusive conference experiences, supporting local agile communities of diversity, and providing opportunities for women and diverse groups to share their crafts in a safe, supportive environment with a low barrier to entry. The Community and Chapter Coordination team at Women in Agile is responsible for fostering and supporting local chapters around the globe. They coordinate activities, events, and networking opportunities to promote diversity and inclusion within the agile community. The team provides resources and guidance to local leaders to ensure effective chapter management and the creation of safe, supportive environments for women and underrepresented groups to share their expertise and grow in their agile careers.
