Itunu (B.) Olufemi, CSM® CSPO®

Itunu (B.) Olufemi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the tech industry. They began their career as a Software/Data Engineer at Prodigy School Suite in 2018. In 2019, Itunu joined Utiva, where they held multiple positions, including Program Associate, Program Manager, and Senior Growth Manager in the Data Academy. As the Country Director for Women in Big Data Nigeria from 2020 to 2022, Itunu championed the success of women in the field of data and technology. They also served as a WiBD Data Mentor at Women in Big Data in 2023. In 2021, Itunu worked as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Austin Peay State University while simultaneously serving as a Growth Lead in Cloud Computing at Utiva. In 2022, Itunu briefly worked as a Data Engineer at Amazon before joining Ford Motor Company as a Software Engineer in 2023. Itunu is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®).

Itunu (B.) Olufemi, CSM® CSPO® has a strong educational background and a range of certifications.

Itunu began their education journey in 2014 at the University of Lagos, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics (Honors). They completed this program in 2018.

In 2021, Itunu enrolled at Austin Peay State University to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Science (Honors). They are expected to complete this program in 2023.

In terms of certifications, Itunu obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2023. They also achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2023. These certifications demonstrate Itunu's expertise in Scrum methodologies.

Itunu has further expanded their knowledge and skills through various certifications. They obtained the AWS Technical Essentials certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2023. In May 2023, they completed the Introduction to Generative AI with Google Cloud certification from Udacity. Additionally, in June 2023, they obtained the Generative AI with Google Cloud certification from Google.

Itunu has also pursued certifications in technical product management. They completed the Technical Product Management certification from Project Management Institute in January 2023 and obtained another Technical Product Management certification from LinkedIn in the same month.

Itunu's earlier certifications include Data Engineering Foundations, Learning Data Analytics, Machine Learning with Scikit-Learn, Smart Thinking: Overcoming Complexity, and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, all obtained from LinkedIn in 2021 and 2022. They also achieved the Data Engineering at Amazon certification from Amazon in July 2022.

Outside of formal education and certifications, Itunu received a Certificate of Volunteering from Live2love Network in June 2018.

Looking ahead, Itunu is set to pursue software engineering studies at ALX starting in 2023, further broadening their knowledge and skills in the field.
