Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in entrepreneurship, compliance, nutrition, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products. Mariana has also held the role of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private clinic between February 2016 and 2019. Additionally, Mariana was a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
