Rebecca Bailey

Rebecca Bailey serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Women in Communications and Technology, leading efforts to empower women in Canada’s digital economy through various initiatives since April 2023. Bailey's previous roles include Chief of Staff and Interim Head of GTM at AbstractOps, where leadership resulted in significant revenue growth and strategic spin-offs, as well as Chief of Staff at Thinkific, focusing on operations and culture. With extensive experience in grant management consulting for HRJ Consulting Ltd. and key positions at organizations like the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Rick Hansen Foundation, Bailey demonstrates a strong commitment to improving social impact and community outreach. Bailey co-founded the Canadian department of Pais Movement, significantly expanding its internship program, and holds an MBA in Executive Management from Royal Roads University.
