Alexandra Sagaydak is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at PeopleForce HRM since August 2022, where Alexandra leads the development of customer-centric strategies and oversees the entire post-sales customer journey. Previous roles include Director of Customer Success at PeopleForce, Manager of Customer Success at ShipHawk, and Team Lead at 3DLOOK, among others. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in Management of Organization and Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, both from Odesa National Maritime University. Alexandra is actively involved in multiple professional communities, including serving as Chapter Lead for Bucharest at CS Connect and as an advisor to Women in Customer Success.
