Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Success Coach at Catalyst Software, facilitating Digital Customer Success Cafes for the Customer Success Network, and key account management at NQC. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Heritage Protection from Università degli Studi di Sassari.
