Liz Tucker is an award winning British documentary producer and director. At 23, she became a Radio 4 producer, before moving into television. On the iconic show Tomorrow’s World, her film about Trevor Baylis, inventor of the clockwork radio, resulted in its worldwide launch.

Since then, she has worked as a director, producer and series producer on a wide range of documentary programmes, including The Man Who Faked His Life, Blood of the Vikings and Horizon. She has made films for the BBC, Channel 4 and a number of the major US Networks including WGBH NOVA, Discovery and TLC. Her programmes have been shown in over 90 countries and have won a number of prestigious awards. Liz is also the managing director of Verve Production's sister company, Verve Training.
