Meg Adams

Director, Finance at Women in Games International

Meg Adams is currently the Director of Finance for Women in Games International. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Grants Financial Analyst for GBH from January 2019 to April 2022. Meg has also worked as an Accounting Supervisor for Jitasa from February 2016 to January 2019, where they were responsible for crunching numbers with a purpose, providing management and guidance to all monthly processes for 12 non-profit organizations, analyzing client financial statements, conducting variance analyses, developing and maintaining client relations, and efficiently managing a diverse, cross functional team. Meg began their career as a Revenue Analyst for Vantage Deluxe World Travel from February 2015 to December 2015, where they were responsible for maintaining product costings to feed forecast process, conducting profitability analysis, providing on time and accurate pricing, conducting variance calculations against historical data, developing the reporting system to help analyze the business, and partnering with the financial analysts and brand managers to ensure profitability goals were met.

Meg Adams has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Emmanuel College (Boston), and is certified as a Scrum Master (CSM) and Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.

Their manager is Joanie Kraut, CEO. They work with Yeon Lee - Events Manager, Kendryx Linscott - Chief Marketing Officer, and Agnes Kim - Programs Coordinator, Mentorship Lead.
