Previous roles include Vice President at Hr2 by Holt Renfrew, Partner at Sweeney and Associates, and President of The Bombay Furniture Company, where significant operational improvements were implemented. Vicki’s tenure also includes leadership positions at Marks and Spencer and Northern Group, where oversight of numerous retail outlets and restructuring initiatives were key responsibilities. Educational background includes a degree from East Tennessee State University and professional coaching certification from iPEC Coaching.
