Inger is the Founder and Managing Director of Larsen Globalization recruitment, a company specializing in localization recruitment and multilingual talent worldwide. With experience as a Global Business Manager and Program Manager at companies like Lionbridge, Xerox Global Services, and Microsoft, Inger has a strong background in the industry. Inger holds a BA in Technical Translations and International Relations from the University of Agder, as well as a BA in Translation and IT from the University of Surrey. In addition, Inger is accredited in the McQuaig Psychometric System and is currently pursuing education at KLC School of Design.
