Irene Onorino

Irene Onorino is a professional with a diverse background in account management and translation. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Manager at TransPerfect since August 2022, Irene is responsible for managing strategic client relationships. In addition, Irene contributes as a Sponsorship Engagement Manager for Women in Localization on a volunteer basis, where responsibilities include managing sponsor relationships and coordinating with various teams. Previously, Irene held the position of Division Manager at Metafrasi from January 2010 to July 2022 and worked as an Independent Translator from 2007 to 2010, specializing in translations from English and Spanish into Italian across various sectors. Irene holds a degree in Specialized Translation from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a degree in Foreign Languages from Università di Napoli L'Orientale.
