Allison Grealis

Allison Grealis is the President and Founder of Women in Manufacturing, a global trade association supporting, promoting, and inspiring women in manufacturing careers. Allison also serves as the President of the Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation, ensuring educational opportunities for women in the industry. With experience as the Vice President of Association Services at Precision Metalforming Association and Director of Chapter Relations at NTMA, Allison has proven expertise in the metalforming and custom manufacturing industry. Allison holds a Women in Leadership Certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a B.A. in English from Ohio University, and an M.A. in Public Administration from The University of Akron.
