Aileen Naughton

Aileen Naughton serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Capital and Employee Relations Director at Women In Need, Inc. (Win) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Aileen Naughton co-founded Hudson Baker Interiors, a small women-led business, where work occurred from August 2016 to March 2023. Aileen Naughton also held the position of Associate Counsel at the New York State United Teachers, Office of the General Counsel, from August 2006 to December 2012. Aileen Naughton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law.
