Chris Mann serves as the Assistant Vice President of Policy and Advocacy at Women In Need, Inc. (Win) since October 2020, having previously held the position of Director in the same department. Key responsibilities include leading policy research and advocacy efforts, engaging with stakeholders to promote systemic reforms addressing homelessness, and overseeing supportive housing programs. Chris has managed significant budgets and supervised teams to ensure quality services for tenants. Additional experience includes roles at the Latino Commission on AIDS, The Partnership for the Homeless, and Planned Parenthood of the North Country New York, highlighting expertise in program management, research, community education, and client advocacy. Chris possesses a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
