Perry Skolnick

Perry Skolnick is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong background in development and project management. Currently the Director of Real Estate at Women In Need, Inc. (Win), Perry previously held roles such as Real Estate Development Project Manager and Licensed Real Estate Agent at Elegran Real Estate, as well as Development Intern positions at The Moinian Group and Property Markets Group. Additional experience includes serving as Counselor Coordinator and Head Counselor at Columbia Grammar Summer Camp and owning Wash U Wash, where marketing strategies led to significant customer growth. Perry holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
