Monique Landes is a Partner at Amrop Carmichael Fisher, an Executive Search and assessment firm in Australia, since July 2003. With extensive experience in recruitment and talent solutions across various industries, Monique collaborates with organizations to identify and assess high-quality leadership talent. Additionally, Monique serves on the Advisory Board of Women in Payments since 2021 and previously worked as a Consultant for CBA Premium Banking Services, focusing on recruitment strategy from 2002 to 2003. Earlier in the career, Monique was an Associate Director at Priority Personnel from 1992 to 2002, specializing in recruitment for the banking and financial services sector. Monique holds a Diploma of Financial Services from FINSIA, attained between 1998 and 2000.
