Jamie Clapper

Jamie Clapper currently serves as a Member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since June 2023. Jamie holds the position of Vice President of eCommerce at Oatey Company since December 2022. Previously, Jamie was with Kichler Lighting from September 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included directing eCommerce capabilities and managing the addition of product assortments to boost eCommerce sales. From May 2007 to September 2019, Jamie worked at JOANN Stores, progressing through various roles, including eCommerce Merchandise Manager, focusing on driving demand and sales through different online channels, as well as managing merchandise for multiple divisions. Jamie earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with a specialization in Textiles from The Ohio State University in 2006.
