Lisa DiSpirito Redman M.Ed. is an accomplished professional in customer success and education, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success and Operations at Harris Computer since April 2019. In this role, Lisa has successfully built strong customer relationships, executed strategic initiatives, and fostered the adoption of ER Express, which significantly increased customer adoption within the first year. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Enterprise Account Manager for Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship and holding various roles in education, including Director of Strategic Partnerships at Core Connections and K-5 District Coach at Pinellas County Schools. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
