Muirgheal (Muirelle) Montecalvo is a dynamic leader in the travel and wellness industries, serving as CEO and Founder of Vacayou Wellness Travel since March 2019, where innovative solutions are created to enhance the travel experience. In June 2023, Muirgheal launched TripFusion as a Vacayou product, aiming to revolutionize the booking process through seamless integration of ancillary services. Muirgheal is also a Global Wellness Institute Ambassador and a member of Chief, Women Leading Travel & Hospitality, Women in Tech & Entrepreneurship, and Dreamers & Doers®. Additionally, Muirgheal co-founded the Global Health and Wellness Investor Network and serves on the advisory board of Well Defined. Muirgheal holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & International Business from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and International Studies from the University of South Florida.
