Erika Reeves

Erika Reeves is a seasoned professional in IT recruitment and talent acquisition with extensive experience in staffing solutions, particularly within the engineering and technology sectors. Currently, Erika serves as Director of IT Recruitment at Networkers International South Africa since July 2018 and has held the role of Country Manager at Women in Tech South Africa since March 2020. Previous positions include Executive Resourcing at allaboutXpert and RPO Project Manager at ADfusion (Pty) Ltd, amongst others. Erika's foundational career began in various roles at Kelly, where significant leadership in strategic business solutions and corporate accounts was established. Education was completed at Berea Girls' High from 1982 to 1986.
