Tracy Ariail Aldworth

Tracy Ariail Aldworth currently serves as the Board President and Board Member for Women In Technology (WIT) since January 2020. In a significant role at Republic National Distributing Company since February 2017, Tracy has held various titles including Chief Digital Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, and Senior Vice President of eCommerce and Digital, overseeing Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Application Delivery and Support, and Business Intelligence and Analytics. Prior experience includes founding Ariail Consulting, LLC, focusing on Enterprise Architecture and Data Management Strategy, and serving in multiple executive capacities at EarthLink, where responsibilities encompassed Enterprise Systems, Business Intelligence and Analytics, and IT Support. Early career experience includes roles at Intellinet and Hewlett Packard as a business consultant and senior consultant. Tracy holds a Master's degree in Management of Information Technology from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
