Taryn Goodman

Taryn Goodman has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Taryn started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst with Lehman Brothers in July 2007 and worked there until September 2008. Taryn then joined Barclays Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst in September 2008 and continued in that role until November 2011. Taryn later served as an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays Capital from July 2011 to November 2011.

In March 2012, Taryn joined Industrial Rivet & Fastener Co as an Assistant Treasurer and held that position until May 2014. Taryn then advanced to the role of VP Finance at the same company in May 2014, where their end date is unknown.

Additionally, Taryn has actively participated in Women in The Fastener Industry (WIFI). Taryn served as Treasurer/Secretary from January 2017 to December 2021 and became the President of WIFI in January 2022.

Taryn Goodman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management from The Wharton School, which they completed between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology and Economics from Williams College from 2004 to 2008.
